We were really impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenience of its location, as it was directly opposite the train station. The staff provided excellent customer service and went out of their way to assist us, especially with late check-in. the amenities such as the kitchen, great Wi-Fi, and complimentary tea made our stay even more enjoyable.
Not a single complaint.

This hotel is right across from the train station, making travel super easy. The bunk beds are spacious with great individual lights and privacy curtains. The kitchen area is cozy and fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals. Plus, the bathroom was really clean with good water pressure.
A storage space for bags would be helpful.

Honestly, the location was great! Right across from the JR Station, so super easy to explore. Plus, having a cinema nearby was a fun bonus for a movie night! I also loved the friendly staff who were always ready to help with a smile, making my stay more pleasant.
But, man, my experience wasn't all sunshine. I had a few creepy moments when I thought someone entered my room at night. Super uncomfortable! the shared shower situation wasn't ideal, with long waits and cleanliness that felt off. Not the best way to start the New Year, that's for sure!

The staff was helpful, explaining everything clearly in simple Japanese. The location near the railway station was perfect, and I appreciated the comfortable bedding, especially since I’m quite tall. The shared facilities were clean, and I enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee.
N/A 😅.

Stayed at a hotel right next to the train station in Wakkanai. They had bike rentals available, which made exploring the city so much easier. Met friendly locals and other travelers in the lobby and even went sightseeing together. The staff was incredibly helpful, even though I couldn't speak Japanese.
The nearby restaurants closed early, but that was not the hotel's fault. Also, there was no on-site parking, but I found a public carpark within walking distance.
